25 Students Graduated From The Indonesian International School Yangon

​​Twenty-five Grade X Students of the Indonesian International School Yangon (IISY) graduated this year. The Graduation Ceremony was held at the Rose Garden Hotel, Yangon, on Friday, September 28, 2018. The Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Republic of The Union of Myanmar, Prof. Dr. Iza Fadri, during his congratulatory remarks encouraged the graduates to make the best out of the IISY education that had equipped them to achieve success in the years to come. Mr. Tint Wai, a District Education Officer in Yangon, attended the ceremony, as well as parents of the Graduates, IISY Teachers, and Officials from the Indonesian Embassy.

Principal of IISY, Dr. Cucu Junaedi, S.Pd., M. Pd., presen​ted Certificates of Graduation and Plaques to the Graduates. Individual students were also recognized for their outstanding overall achievement, namely Eric from the Science Class, Jimmy Lin from the Bussiness Studies Class, and Pyae Phyo Htet Khaing as the Most Perseverant Student.  Their juniors dedicated several performances to the graduates and one of them was a play adapted from the Little Prince, a well-known novella by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. ---KBRI Yangon
