Legalization Information



This service is to legalize Canadian documents to be used in Indonesia. Documents issued by the Indonesian company can not be legalized by the Indonesian Consulate unless submitted by a Canadian Company.



  1. A cover letter from the Canadian Company, contains Name and contact number, address of the Indonesian company that is requesting the document
  2. The original document to be legalized. Document must be prior legalized by a Notary Public and the relevant Provincial Authority
  3. One duplicate for each document to be submitted to the Consulate General
  4. Legalization fee per document of $25.00 in the form of money order payable to Indonesian Consulate General
  5. A return envelope: (the Consular Affairs is not responsible to send your document to Indonesia)

b. Canada Post: the Canada Post documents submission guideline

c. Courier Company with a completed waybill and account number


The document can be legalized only after having authentification from Notary Public and the relevant Provincial Authority, with address as follow:
