Free Visa

​​​​The Government of the Republic of Indonesia issued Presidential Decree number 104/2015, that give visa exemption to citizens from several countries to visit Indonesia for tourism purpose with maximum stay of 30 days, through several port of entries. This new regulation will ease tourists as they no longer need to apply visa at the embassies or consulates, nor to apply visa on arrival.

The newer Presidential Decree number 21/2016 now allows citizen of 176 countries (including ASEAN) to stay in Indonesia without visa for 30 days, and now covers more purposes: tourism, family reunion, social, art-culture, governmental, attending lecture, meeting with head/branch office in Indonesia, or for transit purpose.
