During the meeting, the two Ambassadors congratulated Ivanic for his appointment and expressed their gratitude for the meeting. They also welcomed the formation of the government sat the state and Federation levels which the Ambassadors said will allow the country to move forward with its development plans. They also expressed the confidence that Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue to progress under the able leadership of Members of the Presidency.They later discussed issues related to bilateral relations and the two Ambassadors reaffirmed their commitments during theirtenure in this country to enhance politica land economic cooperation to the highest level for mutual benefits between the two countries (the Republic of Indonesia and Malaysia) and BiH. Among the potential sector identified were strengthening cooperation in higher education, tourism, realestate property, exchange of expertise and technical assistance, and trade. They also discussed the current political situation in BiH and the prospect of BiH Euro Atlanticintegration. Ivanic thanked the two Ambassadors for the meeting and their commitments to enhance bilateral relations between thetwo countries. The Chairman described Malaysia and Indonesia as two countries that are very important for BiH and having similarity in terms of multi-ethnic population which they can learn from each other. He hopes to see more exchange of visits at the higher political level as well as people to people between the three countries.
