Document(s) Legalization

Any US/foreign documents to be used in Indonesia may be legalized by the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate Generals in the US. The Embassy/Consulate Generals are not responsible to the content of the legalized document(s).


  1. Document must be notarized by the U.S notary public
  2. Signature and seal of the notary public must be certified by the County Clerk or Secretary of Stat
  3. Cover letter from the company requesting the Indonesian Consulate to legalize the document
  4. Copies of the document
  5. Payment in money order payable to Indonesian Consulate. Click here for list of consular transaction fee.
