  • Afternoon Tea with the Consulate with Bahasa Indonesia teachers

    As an effort to promote the study of Bahasa Indonesia in Victoria region, as well as to improve relationship with Bahasa Indonesia teachers, The Consulate General of Indonesia in Melbourne, with cooperation with Indonesian Education and Culture Attaché from Canberra, and VILTA, conducted ‘Afternoon Tea with the Indonesian Consulate’ event which was attended by around 30 representatives of Bahasa Indonesia teachers in Victoria.     The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Melbourne hereby announces that the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in cooperation with the Indonesian Missions in Australia are organizing two Bahasa Indonesia competitions namely The Speech Competition (“Lomba Pidato”) and Indonesian Storytelling Competition (“Lomba Bercerita Bahasa Indonesia”). Foreign national such as Australian who are fluent in Indonesian language may take part in these competitions. The theme of Lomba Pidato is "Unity in DIversity", whilst the theme of Lomba Bercerita Bahasa Indonesia is “Folklore Indonesia: Fairy-tale". Selengkapnya
