VISIT VISA FOR SINGLE ENTRY

 

  • Foreigners can apply visit visa in Indonesian Embassy or the guarantor/sponsor could apply to the Directorate General of Immigration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • The visa is issued in Indonesian Embassy or Indonesian Consulate.
  • The visa may be given for maximum stay of 60 days, can be extended in Immigration Office for 5 (five) times and each extension will be given another 30 days of stay.
  • The visa is valid for 90 days since its issuance.
  • The visa  is issued for the purpose of:
  1. Tourism;
  2. Family visit;
  3. Social visit;
  4. Art & cultural visit;
  5. Officials/government visit;
  6. Non-commercial sport activities;
  7. Benchmarking, short course, short training;
  8. Giving consultation and training in implementing and innovating industrial technology to improve Indonesian industrial product quality and design, and cooperation of marketing abroad for Indonesia (with written approval of the Director General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia);
  9. Working in a very urgent matters;
  10. Business meeting;
  11. Buying goods or products;
  12. Giving lecture or participating on seminars;
  13. Participation in international exhibition;
  14. Attend meeting held by Head Office or Branch office in Indonesia;
  15. Audit, quality control, or inspection to branch office in Indonesia (with written approval of the Director General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia);
  16. Foreign workers on probation (with written approval of the Director General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia);
  17. Transit;
  18. Join a transportation mode in Indonesia.

     

     

    Requirements:

1.       Passport must be valid for a minimum of six months at the time of arrival in Indonesia. 

2.       Photocopy of passport.

3.       Complete the visa application form.

4.       Complete the curriculum vitae form.

5.       Two coloured recent photographs (white background) size 4 x 6 cm.

6.       Except for tourism purpose, Sponsor letter from Indonesian agency/organization/company addressed to the Indonesian Embassy, which explains the purpose of the visit and responsibility for the visit. If the sponsor is an individual, additional documents must be submitted to the Embassy: 

  1. Photocopy of the Sponsor's passport  or national ID (KTP)
  2. If the sponsor is not an Indonesian, photocopy of the passport and a copy of the Limited/Permanent Stay permit Card (KITAS/KITAP).

7.       Copy of Hotel booking/accommodation, if applicable.

8.       Booking/Itinerary/Flight Schedule.

9.       Evidence that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover the cost of applicant's intended stay in Indonesia (Bank Statement with a minimum balance of USD. 1,500.00).

10.       For the purpose of visiting family, the following documents are required for submission: 

  1. photocopy of marriage certificate.
  2. photocopy of birth certificate.

    10. For the purpose of the business activities, Certificate of Employment is required for submission.

    11.  For the applicant who owned the company, Company profile and Business Permit are required for submission.

    12. Applicant should have Izin Memperkerjakan Tenaga Asing/ IMTA (permit to employ foreign workers), for the purpose of visit:
  1. Audit, quality control, or inspection to branch office in Indonesia for duration more than 1 month.
  2. Job related with installation machine, electrical product, after sales service, or product in the exploratory period.

    13.  Written approval of the Director General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia, for the purpose of visit:
  1. Giving consultation and training in implementing and innovating industrial technology to improve Indonesian industrial product quality and design, and cooperation of marketing abroad for Indonesia.
  2. Audit, quality control, or inspection to branch office in Indonesia.
  3. Foreign workers on probation.

    14.  For foreign national who are permanent resident of the Philippines:
  1. photocopy of Valid Visa.
  2. photocopy of ACR-IC

     

    Visa fee is Php. 2,600.00.

    The Embassy only receives payment in Manager's Check from Banco de Oro, Union Bank and Bank of the Philippine Islands and payable to: RPL 018 Indonesian Embassy Manila R VS

     

    Note:
  • The Embassy do not accept foreign national with temporary or emergency passport.
  • For some nationals, the issuance of the visa may be subject to the approval of the Director General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia.
