This year, visitors to the LA Times Travel & Adventure Show will get a chance to win a Door Prize "Trip to Indonesia" during a visit to the Indonesia Stand / Booth (Booth #1025). Indonesian Booth visitors will also be pampered with treats of variety of performing arts and culture of Indonesia while enjoying a variety of Indonesian food samples.
Indonesia's participation in the Los Angeles Times Travel & Adventure Show is the second time since 2010 and is fully supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Indonesia in cooperation with the Consulate General of Indonesia in Los Angeles and the tourism industry of Indonesia. Various events and activities will fill Booth Indonesia, this time themed "INDONESIA - An Archipelago of Natural Beauty and Unique Serenity". In addition to Door Prize "Trip to Indonesia", Travel Trade will also be made between the tourism actors of Indonesia and tour operators in Southern California, the presentation of Destination "Wonderful Indonesia" and of course the exhibition of various tourism products from Indonesia.
The event that is claimed to be the largest tourism exhibition in the west coast will be followed by more than 500 exhibitors and experts in the field of travel and housed at the Los Angeles Convention Center, 1201 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, California 90015. The event will take place on March 19 to 20, 2011, and is divided into two waves of time. For the Travel Trade (business travel) will be open on Saturday, from at 08:00 to 10:00 am, while for public will be opened on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
