Visit Indonesia Fremantle Bali 2011

On behalf of the Republic of Indonesia’s Ministry for Culture and

Tourism and the Fremantle Sailing Club, we invite you to acti viti es

involved with the commencement of the Fremantle-to-Bali Yacht

Race and Rally on 23rd April 2011 and 26th April 2011.

To celebrate the event’s return and to farewell the sailors in style,

the Fremantle Sailing Club would like to invite the public along

to send off the adventurous crews and enjoy the Meet Indonesia

Bazaar on Saturday 23 April.

SATURDAY 23rd APRIL 2011

0845 Be piped into the entrance foyer of the Fremantle Sailing Club by the FSC Pipe Band and be greeted by representati ve of

the events’ organisers and sponsors

0900 Enjoy entertainment by Indonesian dancers and Gamelan music players

0915 See the boats that will be sailing to Bali and meet some of the crew.

0945 Morning tea

1015 See the raising of the fl ags and hear the gong that signals the departure from the Fremantle Sailing Club harbour for the

Rally start.

1030 Be escorted on to a spectator boat. Please note that you may be asked to remove your shoes before going on the boat.

1200 The Visit Indonesia Fremantle-to-Bali rally will commence upon a signal from the FSC club boat named Success, in line

with the North Mole.

1300 Return to FSC and enjoy lunch and experience Indonesian entertainment at the bazaar

1600 Conclusion of the day’s acti viti es

TUESDAY 26th APRIL 2011
