Business Visa

Business Visas can be Single- or Multiple-Entry.

 

For the single entry visa, the applicant must submit the following items:

  • The Visa Application Form.docx which has been completed and signed by the applicant.
  • The original passport with at least six (6) months of validity from the date of submission.
  • The passport must also be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry into Indonesia.
  • The passport must contain at least one (1) blank visa page. Amendment and endorsement pages cannot be used for visa purposes.
  • One recent color photographs (passport-size) on picture-quality paper.
  • Copy of Airline tickets or copy of Itinerary.
  • A letter of intent (in duplicate) from the employer or sponsor, which describes the purpose of the visit and guarantees all transportation and living expenses that will incur in Indonesia.
  • US$50 fee in money order (payable to the Indonesian Consulate).

 

For the multiple entry visa, the applicant must submit the following items:

  1. The Visa Application Form.docx​ which has been completed and signed by the applicant.
  2. A Multiple-Entry visa requires the passport to be valid for at least one (1) year from the date of first entry.
  3. The passport must contain at least one (1) blank visa page. Amendment and endorsement pages cannot be used for visa purposes.
  4. One recent color photographs (passport-size) on picture-quality paper.
  5. Copy of Airline tickets or copy of Itinerary.
  6. A letter of intent (in duplicate) from the employer or sponsor, which describes the purpose of the visit and guarantees all transportation and living expenses that will incur in Indonesia.
  7. The sponsor's identity.
  8. A recommendation letter from the relevant institution, e.g. the Ministry of Education for a student for the following purposes: knowledge-sharing visits, short courses, and short trainings.
  9. The trading business license (SIUP).
  10. The tax payer registered number (NPWP).
  11. The company's deed of establishment and ministerial approval.
  12. The company's registration certificate.
  13. The family card, marriage certificate, birth certificate (if required).
  14. Not being on the entry black list.
  15. The Multiple-Entry visa fee is US$110 (payable to the Indonesian Consulate).

 

Notes:

  • Point 9 to 12 are specifically for a company as the guarantor.
  • Point m. is specifically for a private person as the guarantor.
  • Non-US citizens also need to submit a copy of their US permanent residency, visa, or valid I-20 from schools/universities. Please note that applicants with US tourist visas will not be processed, as they need to apply for an Indonesian visa from their country of origin.
