Indonesia officially joined the chain of international guarantees ATA carnet on October 1, 2014 as the ratification of the Istanbul Convention, the government accepted annex on the document entry while in-kind exhibition, professional equipment, goods with the purpose of education / science / culture products, personal items / travelers, goods humanitarian purposes, and means of transportation. In Indonesia this system come into effect from February 17, 2015.


The National Guaranteeing Association is Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia).


Custom Offices:


  1. All Customs offices of Indonesia are entitled to handle ATA Carnets during office hours (7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

  2. 24 hour service is available in certain Customs offices
