Ambassador in Riyadh, Consul General in Jeddah, Three Ministers Discussed The Hajj Preparation

The Indonesian Ambassador for Saudi Arabia, Agus Abegebriel and the Consul General in Jeddah, Mohamad Hery Saripudin, welcomed the arrival of the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Puan Maharani, the Minister of Religious Affairs Lukman Hakim Saifuddin and the Minister of Health Nila F Moeloek, at Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Madinah International Airport, Wednesday (19/4).

The presence of the three Ministers in Saudi Arabia is for the purpose of a four-day working visit, with the agenda is to review the preparation of Hajj pilgrimage in 1438 H/ 2017M. Both ministers, as well as their entourage, will also conduct a series of coordinating meetings with the Ambassador for Saudi Arabia, Consul General in Jeddah, Technical Affairs of Hajj, and Service Provider Team of Hajj at Madinah.

In addition, the ministers and their entourage will hold a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Affairs at the Office of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Madinah today (20/4) at 13.30 WAS. In the meeting, according to the plan, it will be attended by Muassasah Al-Ahliyyah Lil-Adilla to discuss the service preparation for Indonesian Hajj in Madinah,

The next agenda, the entourage of Ministers will continue the journey to Mecca Al-Mukarramah for a meeting with the Southeast Asia Muassasah to discuss the efforts to improve the tents’ service in Arafah and installation of air conditioners, review the kitchens that provide caterings for Indonesian hajj pilgrims, expose Jamaah boarding map, provide transportations and review to the clinic of Indonesian hajj’s health.
