​AirAsia Indonesia regrets to confirm that flight QZ8501 from Surabaya to Singapore has lost contact with air traffic control at 07:24 (Surabaya LT) this morning. The flight took off from Juanda International Airport in Surabaya at 0535hours. The aircraft was an Airbus A320-200 with the registration number PK-AXC. There were two pilots, four flight attendants and one engineer on board.

Indonesians in Berlin cast their ballots at the Presidential Election on Saturday, 5 July 2014. According to Berlin’s Overseas Election Committee (PPLN Berlin) data, there were 957 Indonesians casted their vote at the Polling Station. Ballot Count will be conducted on 8 July 2014 at 19.00 Berlin Time.

Assalamu’alaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh Peace be upon us. Ladies and gentlemen The Asian African Summit has been successfully convened on 22-23 April 2015. It was participated by 91 Asian and African countries, 15 observers, and 10 international organizations. 21 heads of state/government of Asian and African countries, including Indonesia, attended the Summit.
